I find it really ironic that seitan is pretty much another name for wheat gluten, and it almost sounds like satan; cause to me (and my tummy) gluten=satan. It pretty much kills me.

My life consists of rice, rice, and more rice. Oh whats that? Rice pasta!

So tomorrow is day 1 of my Spring Semester, and my first class is calculus at 8:20am -_- but on the bright side I have it with 2 of my friends! My other classes: History, Sociology, and Microbiology, so I'm gonna have a lot of homework/writing this semester, oh well, I'm picturing my report card to be all As and Bs.
